In this C2 course, you step from the wings to centre stage: you will deliver ceremonial performative judgements, narrate a live show in vivid present-tense rhythm, and analyse productions using the language of fourth wall, dramatic irony and catharsis. Across ten lessons you adopt the voices of actor, director and critic — addressing the house, distinguishing soliloquy from aside, surveying forms from farce to verbatim, and joining a sophisticated post-show conversation.
