Across ten lessons you dissect how the self is performed in a LinkedIn bio, a dinner party, a therapy session, a family gathering, a memoir, and a eulogy — and then compose your own personal essay. You practise cleft sentences, it-extraposition, dislocation, and existential 'there' to voice the gap between inner self and social persona. The course closes with a cross-context review and a 400-word essay that constructs a deliberate, grammatically precise 'I'.

في عشر دروس، تحلّل كيف يُؤدّى "الأنا" في مواقف حقيقية: سيرة ذاتية على لينكدإن، حديث في عشاء مع معارف، جلسة علاج نفسي، تجمع عائلي، مذكرات، ورثاء — ثم تُنجز مقالك الشخصي. تتدرب على الجمل المنقولة (clefts)، والإحالة بـ it، والازدراج يمينًا ويسارًا، وبنية there الوجودية للتعبير عن الفجوة بين الذات الداخلية والشخصية الاجتماعية. ويُختتم المقرر بمراجعة شاملة عبر السياقات، ومقال من أربعمئة كلمة يبني "أنا" متعمَّدة بإتقانٍ نحوي.
